Printing house "Normalni Tsiny" (hereinafter — "we") respects your privacy. This document explains what data we collect, why and how we protect it.

Cookies. We use technically necessary cookies for the website to function and analytics cookies for anonymous statistics (visits, page views, calculator usage). Analytics cookies are set only after your consent.

Form data. When you submit an order, we store your name, phone, email and order parameters (format, quantity, color modes). We use this information solely to contact you and process the order.

Telegram delivery. Order form data is sent to our managers via the @tnc_oder_bot bot for quick response. Only authorized printing house staff have access.

Retention. Orders are stored in our database indefinitely for accounting and repeat orders. Anonymous analytics is kept up to 24 months.
